Newborn Text Support

NEOwell's text support offers new parents peace of mind with instant access to expert guidance after bringing their newborn home. Whether you have questions about feeding, sleep, or baby care, our specialists are available around the clock to provide support and reassurance during this precious time.

Hourly Newborn Care

NEOwell offers extended in-home care to support families during the first few weeks after bringing their baby home. Our experienced caregivers provide hands-on assistance with feeding, infant care, and soothing techniques, as well as guidance for establishing routines. Our newborn care (up to 6 hours in length) is designed to give parents the confidence, rest, and support they need during this critical adjustment period.

Infant CPR and Choking Class

Learn essential, life-saving skills to confidently respond in an emergency. This hands-on class teaches infant CPR and choking rescue techniques, equipping parents and caregivers with the knowledge and confidence to act quickly when it matters most. Perfect for families with infants at home or preparing for discharge from the NICU.

Swaddle Bath Education

Learn how to give your baby a calm, safe swaddle bath with guidance from our team. This gentle technique supports comfort, bonding, and reduces stress—especially for preemies or medically fragile infants. We’ll walk you through each step so you feel confident at home or in the NICU.

Nursery Prep and Organization

We help you set up a functional, calming nursery tailored to your baby’s needs. From organizing essentials to creating a safe, soothing space, NEOwell ensures you’re prepared and confident for your baby’s arrival.
